The hotel could improve by offering more vegan options in their menu.

Celebrating Christmas at this mountain hotel was an exceptional experience. the delicious Kaiseki dinner and breakfast included in the stay were real highlights of the trip. the outdoor onsen, which we were able to enjoy throughout the day and even under the snow, was a unique feature of the hotel.
The building looked old, and some aspects could benefit from a significant upgrade. We found out that the free shuttle service from the station was only once a day at a particular time.

The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the onsen which had an outdoor bath open 24 hours. The included breakfast and dinner were fantastic, with a full-blown Kaiseki meal. Nothing could have been better.

The hotel was a perfect romantic escape with an amazing view of the mountains from our room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the onsen, especially the outdoor hot spring which made us feel like we were in our own little world. The hotel also had great food, including a variety of courses for both dinner and breakfast, and some traditional Japanese dishes for us to try. The bedroom was on the larger side and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel was a bit far from public transportation, so it was a bit of a hassle to get there. , the hotel was starting to look a bit old and could use some renovations.
